As you would expect from a company dedicated to quality, we have invested in the latest technology from machines to control systems to our CAD/CAM programming centres which offer all our clients Electronic Data Transfer using ISDN technology for optimum speed and efficiency.
We have also invested heavily in our finishing department to ensure our enviable quality is maintained through to final product.
Turret Punch Presses

The turret punch presses are DNC linked and work to capacities of 3 metres and thirty tonne punching force. An exhaustive range of tools - over seven hundred - is held in-house to account for every eventuality or customer requirement. Accuracy as you would expect is assured; 0.05mm between centres repeatability.

Press Brakes

Forming operations are carried out on a range of CNC Press Brakes with capacities from 50 to 100 tonne, and from two to three metres. Again an exhaustive range of tools guarantees the accuracy of the products and is supported by the use of the latest Statistical Process Control techniques.
General Equipment

Our machine shop is also fully equipped with all the other technology and engineering disciplines that you would expect from a company committed to customer service.
Fabrication

The welding department is equipped for MIG and TIG welding of aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel. Ancillary equipment includes stud and spot welding, orbital rotary de-burring machines plus a range of small tools that ensure flexibility.
